Board-certified pediatric dentists, Dr. Madeline Goettl and Dr. Nicholas Luke, are specialists in creating healthy smiles for infants, children, teens, and young adults. This power team will do everything they can to ensure you and your child have a positive experience each time you visit us. We take a patient-centered approach to pediatric dental care, which means that focusing on the individual needs of your child is always a priority.

Dr. Goettl and Dr. Luke are like pediatricians for your child’s teeth, backed by 2-3 years of additional training in the dental needs of children as well as child psychology, growth, and development. We are here to provide top-quality dental care through every stage of your child’s life from when they are an infant to into their teens. And we’re here for parents as much as we are for kids—because building healthy smiles is a team effort.

The Rice Lake office of Smiles in Motion is located at 840 Bear Paw Avenue, in the same parking lot as Holiday Inn. Our patients attend Tainter Elementary, Rice Lake Middle School, Red Cedar School, and many others. We also see patients from the Little Kids Club, Kid’s World Learning Center, Our Kids Soar Academy, and more.

All Smiles in Motion locations are packed with fun things that kids love, including interactive games, movie screens above each dentist chair (your child gets to pick the movie!), and a great place to play in the waiting area.
